The RapiTrim-P-UV laser resistor trimming systems with probe card testing is designed for multi-purpose and specialty applications. These include the trimming of thick- and thin-film resistors with narrow kerf, or applications with additional  processing capability for materials such as copper, polyimide, ceramic (green tape, stackups or fired), FR4 and others.

UV laser resistor trimming systems with probe card measurement are compatible with industry standard cards, using the highest performance probe card handler for high volume production. This advanced probe card handler with 4 axis servo control provides high speed step-and-repeat performance. Custom probe fixtures are also available for unique applications in passive and active trim configurations.
